1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VUMY ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service Description
VUMY is a modular recruiting platform providing applicant tracking, scheduling, e-signatures, communication, career pages, workflow automation, AI agent capabilities, and related services. Features vary by subscription plan.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Platform for illegal purposes, violate intellectual property rights, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with Platform operations, or use Symphony AI to generate misleading or harmful content.
5. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial subscription. Usage-based charges (AI actions) are billed in arrears.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform. VUMY has a limited license to process your data solely for providing the service. Upon account termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
7. Limitation of Liability
VUMY is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
